A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. Prices shown on the website are starting prices per person and may change until a booking is confirmed.
Payments
The deposit amount and the date the balance is due are stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the conditions of hotels, airlines and other suppliers. The charges for your booking are stated in your confirmation.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
